Prime Time Supportive Adult Day Program

Prime Time

The Council on Aging governs Prime Time, a supportive adult day program, which is located to the rear of the Town Hall at 1059 Somerset Avenue Dighton, MA  02715.

We are proud to announce that Prime Time is in its 30th year of operation. Supervision is offered three days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 8 am to 3 pm. At Prime Time we promote openness, sharing, laughter and understanding, all in a homelike setting. Prime Time offers elders the opportunity to socialize, enjoy breakfast, a hot, nutritious lunch and afternoon refreshments along with their peers. Various activities are offered throughout the day.

Our goal is to foster personal enrichment and to promote the highest level of social functioning in a safe, caring and nurturing environment. Our staff is devoted, caring and creative and benefit greatly from receiving as much love as they give.

Prime Time is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8 am to 3 pm and may be reached by calling 508-669-6272.

The Council on Aging and Prime Time Program Manager, Trista Tate, is more than happy to assist you with any questions you might have.  Please feel free to stop by, we would love to meet you and perhaps make a new friend!

Prime Time Background

Prime Time, our Supportive Day Program for elders, was established on December 5, 1994 and initially operated from the lower level of the Dighton Town Hall. On November 26, 2001, Prime Time re-opened at it's new location, to the rear of the Dighton Town Hall. Prime Time utilizes no town funds to operate, is self-supporting and funded solely by special grants and trust awards, donations and privately paying individuals. We are very proud of the genuine distinguished service we bring to our community, and the communities around us, with our Prime Time Program.
